Computer interactions not always showing in queue

This must have started within the last patch or two. I have now noticed, that in many cases, you don't see an interaction in a sim's queue until they are actually sat at the computer and executing ...

@Kathykins, I'm not sure which specific fangirling reactions you are talking about but have you tried either of these:

Little Ms Sams Small Get Famous Reactions Overhaul
Bienchen's LessCelebReact

I use the first one and see significantly less of what I consider fangirling reactions. But the sims that actually spawn as 'fans' still do it. Just not...every other sim that gets close to a celebrity.
