I mean I could see it being potentially confusing for the players, but I was mostly interested in if it could be confusing for the NPCs in the game. Like would it be possible for a character who is in love with one twin to accidentally mistaken the other as his girlfriend? It sounds like it isn't and I figured as much but I thought I would ask.
