Confusion with Identical Twins

So in the real would it is often fairly easy to confuse which twin is which when they're identical (and if they're trying to be mischievous), which made me curious.

When there are identical twin sims in the game, do other sims become confused as to who is who or do they recognize the names and just go, "oh yeah that's twin 1 and that's twin?"

While I am sure that it is the latter (which would make me a little sad), I thought I would ask and see.

    I'd love such a feature! Especially since I have not just a pair of identical twins (Erwin Pries' and Julia Wright's kids) at the moment, but also a number of androids who are literally identical - ample opportunity for cases of mistaken identities!

    Maybe the more traits a sim knows about a twin in question, the less likely they'd be to confuse them? Like, Daniel and Simon might look identical and also have the exact same voice, they are even both family-oriented, but one is a hot-head and the other paranoid, what should account for different ways of talking.

    I wish. I created a set of identical twin girls with the hope one twin would hit on her sister's boyfriend and cause some chaos, if you will. But, he knew which one was his girlfriend. (Good for him, bad for a game shake-up.)
