Conquered fears getting perma stuck on Sims

I want to make a correction, I called the fear a "perma" fear and I think I was not correct. I still think it's bugged, and the fear stuck on the toon for a LONG time, but it did eventually go away. I think what finally made it go away for good was completing a few other fears after the issue, then the "fear of the dark" stopped popping back on it's own. I hope this helps others with the issue, keep playing and resolve a couple more fears on the character and see if the "fear of the dark" stops popping back over and over.
