Copying human to dark form for vampire tedious now

I can't for the life of me see how the new setup is an improvement. I used to just be able to copy human to dark form with one click; now I have to go into each category of clothing, back and forth between the two forms, and do each one. And not only that, I have to do individual outfits one at a time, or they no longer get copied? I get that if you want to have certain outfits different you could do it this way, but why wouldn't you just copy everything, and then change the ones you wanted to be different? As usual, leaves me wondering about the thought processes you guys use to come up with to take these steps backwards.
