I mean...it seems like you're implying the gamechangers have some kind of conspiracy to hide bugs or glitches? ANYTIME GCs get an early access version they can only use that version plus base game. This is not new. And the disclaimer that it's not the final version is announced at the beginning of every video.
The history of Sims 4 releases in general suggests strongly that yes, there will be bugs; and yes, there will be glitches; and yes, there will be unexpected, frustrating elements when it comes to cross pack functionality. The best way to find out how it all works together and in what ways it may go wrong is to wait until after release and see what happens. All those same game changers plus regular customers will be playing the expansion with all the other packs in various combinations and you'll have a further chance to evaluate.
