I'm waiting for the release of Cottage Living, a want that whimsical world. But know I'm hesitant. I saw some videos from a gamechanger, I was having fun until I realized that I will not get that game, why? Because that gamechanger was playing a BETA of Cottage Living and the Gamebase ONLY! So my great concern is:The new expansion, how well it will be integrated with Seasons!!!We did not see too much at the official Livestream, it seems that EA-Maxis is betting on promoting this expansion via the gamechangers. But they are not showing the FINAL product!And worst: we are not looking gamechangers livestreams but EDITED videos; how many glitches or bugs are gone away with the edition?Customers are aware of this??Sorry, I feel mistrust because the gardening bug was not fixed and Snowy Escape and Paranormal are now broken due to the last patchs. If EA-Maxis can not avoid breaking the packs I already bought, and can not fix a feature that works great for years, what bittersweet surprises we will take with Cottage Living?Maybe I will buy the pack to answer this or wait for others to answer it.

This can be a nightmare with the errands feature!

We'll find out soon enough when the game changers get thier early copy or we get a blog.

Yeah, I’m a bit concerned about seasons too the way my sims get in a bad mood being in the rain. And doesn’t it rain in England a lot?

Ooo, I hadn't thought through what winter would mean in this world. You're right, it would add another element to our game play to have the farm time limited, and I agree, they don't need to get rich super fast. Ok, I am now reconciled to the idea of winter in our farming world. B)

I think seasons also will give us variety in a community where so much is based on farming. I expect the plant bug to be fixed, although I play rotationally and making a living from farming is kinda hard unless plants give produce the same day I arrive the lot. Because I play each lot just a couple days, the oversized crops seem out of the question. I don't worry a lot yet, and I'll survive if problems get patched shortly.

I always give my sims Storm Chaser, Carefree, & Always Welcome. I get annoyed quickly with tense sims and sims afraid of thunder storms, particularly because I LOVE thunder storms. And I have enough with sims being kicked out for cooking. Sadly, you can't reward toddlers with Always Welcome, so carry a tent with you so they can sleep in it.

@calaprfy it is a feature from Movie Hangout SP. You need at least two sims to chose Watch Movie With. After the movie ends your sims will have new interactions like talk about the actors, the director, etc... one of that interactions is the Declare your preference for that type of movie (terror, action, romance...etc). The next time your sim watch that type of movie, it will give you a moodlet.

This pack is old, but it is good, it brings a lot to the game. I use it for dates, family reunions, clubs...

I'm not worried, oddly enough. In this case the more realism for me, the better. Life in the 18th century was far more difficult than many of us could endure. If we get so much as a hangnail, some of us get set off. LOL Guilty, as charged, our Honor. :p

Well the shed is a building, but I know in Seasons the bee's houses and Patchy's tree are struck by lightening. when Patchy's was struck he wasn't on it, so that was strange. I know put Patchy on a covered porch.

Maybe the chicken coops are struck but the sheds aren't because they are like buildings. Guess we have to wait.

They should really discuss how seasons affects new worlds when they do the walk throughs, would be helpful.

@Simburian Just a hunch, but maybe in the green space of Finchwick where the town fairs take place?
