Is it winter? I had the same issue, and it turned out that even though the oversized crops don't have a particular season assigned, and even though they would continue to grow in winter if already planted, I could not replant them again until spring.

Its fall for me I could plant some of them but not all of them on my farming plot

Hmmm. Well, maybe they do have specific seasons assigned and that's just not visible to us. I would go through a full year and try each season to plant them, and see what you find out. Or it could just be bugged.
