I'm not sure if we could get new content, this seems to be very much focused on creators, maybe we will get some content from these creators. They are mentioning Sims Sessions and that it will include a backstage pass for people to look at how they record their songs in Simlish, they will probably add those songs to the game.
Those objects look like they were created by Maxis. I don't think those creators could create those especially the heartbed.
