Cowplants!!!

They only come back to life if you use a very detailed & intricate set of cheats. Count yourself blessed that the gardening bug brought your cowplant back to life.

Maybe your game rolled back? Either that or your cowplant is a zombie! Count yourself lucky Sims don't have brains...

It happened to me a few months back. The derned Beastie died (to the joy of most of my Sim family, who were sick and tired of being swallowed just to be regurgitated). I saved the game and exited to play another time. Next day, when I fired up again, guess who is alive, but a baby plant? You, got it. I was thinking, no, not again. I'm so done with you, Cow Plant. I uprooted it and deleted it. That fixed the 'problem'.

I use a mod to keep them more lively.

It's a bug. They're not supposed to come back to life, but they do.

I really don't care for Cowplants now that we have real Cows in the game.

Zombie Cow-Plants, Killer Tomatoes, Carnivorous Faux-meat soy hamburgers...

True. It wouldn't have to be a "World" pack. A creepy "Stuff" pack would be enough to put that in. :)

I had that happen when I moved my house (and household) to another lot. Probably because the gallery resets everything to default on lots.
