On the farms I've played so far I usually have one chicken coop & one animal shed since I don't like having huge lots. I typically alternate between having a cow & llama, replacing one with the other as they die. But the one time I played a larger lot that had two animal sheds, I had one of each. As for names, I tend to use older names like Beryl, Madge, Thelma, Daphne, Roger & Eric. Alternatively, I name all my animals, chooks as well as cows & llamas, with the same starting letter.
