Sweet, I'll have a nosy through my gallery and see if anything I've got matches your plans.
To start off, here are a few things that I put into my saves regularly:
Triumphal Arch - used as a lounge (I place this at the location where the Harbour Quarter Gym is in Windenburg)
Newcrest:
Newcrest Park
Paradise Pools
I place these two side-by-side, as I think they compliment each other so well.
I'll add more if I can think of them but these ones I put in almost all my saves.
