The first thing I do is bulldoze all lots in every world.
I do a few lots per real life day and play a different save until I get at least one town done. Then I go in and use freerealestate and put in Sims into the houses. I then play that town and build the next town's as I go along. If I need a single SIM for a SIM in the other world's I put in a SIM and,a house. Into one of the other world's then I add a venue or two. I have the venues Ann's houses in my library. I make my Sims pay to renovate as I get new packs.
