Frustrated with Thorne Bailey

Sims Supply is doing an LP and Thorne is driving him mad too - I don't know what to recommend though unless you wanna cheat down his status?

Thorne Bailey keeps turning up on every single lot my Sim is at. Not only does he have a mass of screaming fans flocking to him, he interrupts my Sims performances. If hes not standing there with his chest puffed out like a plum he's jumping about waving his arms like hes at some kind of rave...and its all the time!!! It's incredibly annoying. He's always in the way!

My two sims went for a meal and they kept jumping out of their seats every ten seconds all because Thorne decided to turn up at a cheap burger joint. I mean, I love the atmosphere celebrities can create, but not EVERWHERE. He is always interrupting my Sims outings.

It's turning into one of my pet peeves. Do you get this too? Any advice?

Do you use MCCC? If so, one of the cheats is 'make Sim leave' - I use this SO MUCH! It's perfect for temporarily getting rid of annoying Sims :p

I hate him..he got annoying when my sim was trying to play music for a crowd and he was literally standing in front of her jumping around and getting everyone to look at him.

He's such an attention seeker. My sim picks fights with him every time he drops in and steals his thunder. He even dedicated a song to him 'That Blonde Jerk' :lol:

But all jokes aside I'm beginning to get fed up of it.

@PastelMermaid I quite like having him really famous. I just don't want him everywhere I go in game :lol:

@ParmaViolet87 - I totally feel you on this. Thorne loves the limelight and he's very attention seeking. It used to annoy me too....but my Sim ended up getting into a relationship with him & I moved him in. So now I play him....and he just autonomously loves to be the center of attention. But I notice that any celebrity level 4 or higher will hog all the spotlight. I'm playing rotational and my Sim that is with Thorne....I was playing my other family....and this time it wasn't Thorne hogging the spotlight....it was my Sim, who is level 5. So I think it's just built into the celebrity system.

My advice....hehe, my Sim will fight them...& stream on her drone....steadily boosting her own fame, plus adds good drama. But the best method someone already mentioned if you have MCCC is to use MCCC and make them leave.

Same thing is happening to me. I don’t like that celebs are turning up at random spots in town all the time. It should be a very rare occurrence like real life

I did not have much issue with him until today. He showed up at the restaurant my sim and her family were visiting. The whole family, every other guest, the host and all the waiters flocked around Thorne and refused to do anything else. I kept telling my group to sit down together at their table, but they just got up again within a second and swarmed Thorne again! After waiting for the food from midday until evening, I had enough and just left the lot.
I wish that at least the special sims on a lot (hosts, bartenders, waiters and so on) were coded to ignore celebrities. And that maybe the other sims hypes over the celeb for a bit and then goes back to their own business unless they got the special Fan tag.

Wait, was that the one where he was trying to speak to a Holly Alto and his sim kept going down the stairs just to gasp or take a photo of this Thorne guy? The guy who’s video it was was hilarious he had me in hysterics I was lol’in so bad.

I can see how incredibly fraustrating it would be though. He literally couldn’t get his sim to follow a command. Everything he told her to do something she went and gasped first.
