Creating a "base save" game file

I did it. It really wasn't difficult, just time consuming. But it saved a lot of time later. All I did was fill the empty lots from the gallery. In some cases, I remodeled the houses a little to have variation. I kept all the pre-made sims. I figured it I can change things as I want for the world I'm playing. Other than that, I normally just let things play out. Along with the base save, I also made a test world. That way I don't mess with anything in the base or a world I'm playing.
