I think they all spam some interactions with more frequency. I had the foodie plan and my roommate kept taking out the ingredients for white cake. She didn't cook them, just laid out the ingredients on the table. I also had the plan for entertainment, and she kept serenading me with a guitar. I thought it was because she was flirty, but she also had a violin that she played every now and then. Other guests showed up with a violin at my house too and even my sim found one to play. She doesn't own a violin. If the guests leave clay behind and you don't want it you can destroy it with the hammer, you cannot keep it in inventory.
