Creator Kits: Grange Mudroom and Essential Glam - Official Screenshot Thread

Mudrooms are different than entrance ways in the U.S. A mudroom is a specific area designed to leave dirty shoes and clothing. It usually has a place to sit in order to put on outerwear, and is often at the back of the house or near the garage.

I would also use the mudroom kit more for entry way decoration. It has good items for that as well. Actual mudrooms are not that common where I live.

I bought the Essential Glam kit and tried it out on two ladies so far. I really like this makeup! Kept it simple this time. Only subtle differences between the outfits. I gave the formal & party eyeshadows more saturation, the sleep & swim eyeshadows less.

Today I gave my celebrity faerie Faye Goth new makeup 😊

Did I misunderstand this item from the mudroom? I thought it was supposed to be a tabletop version of the no shoes sign, ie. sims would take their shoes off when entering the home. If so, it doesn't work.

It has no interactions to follow or unfollow shoe rules, merely the option to leave as an heirloom.

No you did not misunderstood, its a stuffpack, clutter which is nice for builds but not for gameplay 🤫
