I feel that regarding the bug issues, EA needs to figure these problems into their long term Sims planning and should have been accommodating them by now. For four iterations the game has been made over and over, and in each version, gets buggier as more and more DLC is added. It's about time they anticipate this beforehand and continuously expand their bug team as the game gets bigger.
Staying on top of the quality is the least they can do with the amount of money this game makes. And while I understand that not all bugs are universal and some are difficult to replicate, they could really do better with hot fixes, particularly when a pack first comes out, so that we're not waiting months just to have a new pack be playable.
