EA/Maxis did not think this through as I believe every pack should be connected, what you do in one neighborhood should be capable of being done in another, not to do that regardless of the reason just limits creativity for me and make me want to play the game less. Being Sims 4 was the next in line and not the first it should have been capable of doing a lot of things that the older version was doing and more, but it is not capable of doing that for me. It sad to depend on mods that are somewhat capable of giving what the players want.
