Cross➕Pack Intergration?

The only integration I have heard of is that in school you randomly learn skills from other packs like archeology during class. And the entrepreneur skill also affects odd jobs, at least from its description.
But no interaction with parenthood, the education career from university and so on.

You can use get together to make clubs, but I heard that unfortunately you can’t call those clubs together on the high school campus after school. I heard that from a game changer. I don’t know if that affects weekends or not. And I haven’t even downloaded the new patch….. waiting till they fix aging, so I haven’t bought the HSY pack yet, this is just per what I heard a game changer say. I’m thinking when I get the pack, if I can’t have club gatherings to the school, I will make something off campus that looks like a music room and art room, possibly even robotics and a few other things, with some desks thrown in so I can call in club members, I will try to make it look like a part of the school someway.

I just agree that cross pack functionality for any of the releases is always disappointing. It really lessens the appeal of buying a new pack. For HSY, I may buy it in 6 months if it goes on sale, but so much is limited to just Copperdale and the ONE high school (I can’t believe we can’t have high school as a lot type in other worlds!!!). The one high school completely breaks immersion for me- like, the idea of a teen sim living in Sulani going to school in Copperdale has no appeal to me. If nothing else, the “base game” updates could, at minimum, have more backwards compatibility (looking at you, swimmable areas and the lackluster wants/fears). But everything released at this point feels so rushed and cheap,

No packs' integration. I wanted someone to graduate from high school to have better chances in University. Nope. That doesn't happpen.

If you are an A-student I believe that you can graduate early and begin in University as a teen.

If you flunk out of High School or if you are expelled then you have no High School diploma and some careers are locked away from use.

I appreciate the responses. Yeah, I figured there likely wasn't much, it's a shame really. Any mods that combine actions from other packs? like a Wicked Whims, or something like that, that someone did?

EA/Maxis did not think this through as I believe every pack should be connected, what you do in one neighborhood should be capable of being done in another, not to do that regardless of the reason just limits creativity for me and make me want to play the game less. Being Sims 4 was the next in line and not the first it should have been capable of doing a lot of things that the older version was doing and more, but it is not capable of doing that for me. It sad to depend on mods that are somewhat capable of giving what the players want.

There's really not much. I don't even know if they did anything with Parenthood and this pack. I've had this pack since release and nothing seems new.
