The pack is now on Amazon, but to my surpise I wasn't allowed to use my Amazon wallet to buy the code. Looks like this is only possible for physical goods now.
No Visa Card verification on the EA App, no gift cards on Amazon - The Sims is like a fortress, they don't want to sell their games.
