Thank you :) Sorry if I seemed irritable.
Let me see if I've got this: plants can be planted, postcards can (I assume) go on the corkboard, elements go on the stand ... and everything else (crystals, those little statues, alien creatures, frogs, fossils, etc) gets to fill up endless coffee tables & display tables. Or stay in an unsorted, extremely messy inventory. Related question: Is there a way to automatically sort the inventory, to tidy it up a little?
And I need to put up walls everywhere for all the pictures from the observatory and microscope (or will they go on the postcard corkboard?).
I think we're back to Fluzzy's point ;) Nowhere to put many of the items the sims can collect.
