Culling in the Sims 4 for Sims Living in Houses

Hello! So I filled most of the houses in my neighbourhood with sims I created, which all end up in “My Households”. I was thinking of moving some of my households to “Other Households” instead and ...

When they added the two tabs "My households" and "Other households" to the game, the explanation was that the "My households" was for sims you don't want culled. So, pretty sure that any sim in the "other households" tab is able to be culled, even if they live in a house.

But I have not noticed my game doing much culling at all, and I've never noticed a household that lived in a house get culled, so it may depend on your computer's specs how likely that is.
