Be prepared to spend 1,000 simoleons. You also need a lot of Plasma Fruit, Garlic and Wolfsbane. You can buy them from the computer, but the ingredients are quite expensive compared to growing them yourself. Garlic also will make your vampire very uncomfortable and unable to use their vampire powers or bite for a while if they aren't immune.
Actually I looked this up and you actually confused it for the Ultimate Vampire Cure which requires 10 of each of those actually:
Draught of Reconfiguration: This allows your Vampire to reset all of their powers and keep their points. Good if you want to re-spec your vampire. The Draught of Reconfiguration is very easy to craft, requiring only 2 wolfsbane, 2 garlic, and 2 plasma fruit.
