Death Flowers not in Gardening Collection? Can't scent Flower Arrangements with them?

1) Have Death Flowers disappeared from Collections? 2) My Sim has Death Flowers in her inventory, but can't scent Flower Arrangements with them. I don't know if this is just me or if this is som...

They aren't part of the collection. Don't know if they ever were. Scenting still works though. Make sure you're using the "Scent with Rare Flower" option instead of "Scent with" and make sure you have the proper skill level to be able to do that (I think it's 8 or 9?)
