Debug cheat on PS4 Not working

Yep.. you can use the Debug filter or you can type 'Unknown' in the search bar to get some items as well. I don't think all items show up for either though. Seems to me little things like the toothbrush and fruit show up when you type in unknown and the collectible items are all that show up under debug. .. not really sure about that.
