Most of the stuff packs don't really add much so unless there is something you really like they can all probably be given a pass. Some packs are really good, but kind of buggy so research that before buying, and I'd recommend bundling(EP&GP&SP for the price of EP&SP) and/or getting most of them on sale. Also check out build/buy and CAS objects to see if anything really catches your eye.

After you mentioned GT & Strangerville you typed (world and build/buy). What does that mean?
I have read that Stuff Packs are just that. Packs with stuff. No game changers, Worlds, Sims, play styles...
