Del Sol Valley Beach Front? (I think I saw a Tweet)

If they'd even misspelled a word on a tweet, then deleted it the same second they'd posted it, everyone would know about it.

I would so much like some beach front properties in Del Sol Valley, it would be nice it they added surfing and a taffy pulling machine with it or as a kit. Sims still can’t buy candy. At least I hope that comes in a romance pack.

I could be wrong, but based on what I've seen, new neighborhoods should be less save breaking than new lots or new routing.

Which is to say that a beach front neighborhood (probably with empty lots) could, at least in theory, be within the realm of possibility for a Get Famous refresh. It would probably be the bulk of the budget for said refresh, but as more lots is at least my priority for a refresh for Get Famous, I'm okay with that.

I saw it too. I like the addition of lots, but was hoping for a 'different' sort of refresh for Get Famous. Perhaps, adding the land isn't the only thing to it? I can hope, can't I?

For me, a quirky bohemian Venice Beach type of beachfront neighbourhood with a few empty lots and at least one ocean-facing balcony apartment building, would be a most welcome addition to Del Sol Valley.

Basically the beach front is iconic IRL; No matter what you think of Two And a Half Men it is a perfect example of what we want lot wise.

Yeah, if their budget is large enough for it then they should be able to add another neighborhood.

I'm pretty sure budget is the main reason behind the number of lots in a world, unless there is some restrictions in the engine and they do it for performance reasons but I don't think that's the case, the game seems to remove and then load a new neighborhood every time you travel. The number of neighborhoods shouldn't matter.

I'm not sure how expensive it is to make a new neighborhood though, it would probably require a lot of time, probably more time than it took for them to do the Spa Day Refresh.
