When I first saw it I thought. "Ok so where are my sims supposed to live." Then I moved the rich and famous out and moved them into the city, apartments my sims can't usually afford. and made those rich big houses into community lots, one is a park the other a restaurant. Other than that I haven't played wit it at all. But I love the EP just not the new town.
