Honestly, I think it wouldn't have been as much of a problem if we had the ability to put in apartment buildings. Then at least, we could have had three or four households per residential lot, which also would have made more sense in a big city. It's the same with multifunctional lots, which I think we should have by now in some form or other. The current design of lots works fine in maps that represent suburban or small town areas, but this is the second "large" city we've received and the limited flexibility is becoming more obvious. I feel like we should have been able to build apartments and buildings that have commercial property on the ground floor and multiple venues by now.
