Did Grim Reaper take the week off?

I'm in Tomarang building family trees, and this job can't be done without the help from the terrible rabbit that kills those sims who are long gone. However, I have not seen Grim once. Is his job conflicting with the Tomaranian culture? Or did he simply take some days off? I'd imagine release week would be extremely busy on him...

So, did anyone see Grim in Tomarang?
