Did the sims team remove whims?
I'm only posting here to find out if they were removed or if I have some sort of bug. My sims aren't getting whims anymore since GF when live. If its a bug, I'll go post in the appropriate section...

I think they made them optional, so (I'm not sure about this, because I've only been building since the patch) you can go into game options and switch them on or off?
