Did They Change the GF Meet & Greet Event?

My Sim scheduled a Meet & Greet via the Events calendar, but instead of a menu of goals to achieve, it's only a circle that runs down the clock very much like the Welcome Wagon. :open_mouth: I'm not liking this. Without goals I'm merely trying to get my Sim to greet his guests. Not only that, but for some reason, there's music in the background as if I'm in build/buy mode or something. What is going on?

Is anyone else having this problem? The only thing that is different in my game, is that I updated MCCC. :open_mouth:

I think I will exit without saving to see if this makes a difference.

    Yah, they are not checked for me by default when I schedule an event from the calendar any longer, and I agree with you...I'm also pretty sure that they used to be. They are still checked when I use the phone to hold an event right at that moment though.




    We can use the phone? Okay, where was I when this memo came out? LOL I've always used the calendar.

    Yah, you can use the phone if you want to have an event "right now", it schedules the event for immediately. You can still pick which lot to have it on though, and your sims will auto-travel there as soon as they get off the phone. That was the only way to have social events before they added the calendar with Seasons.
