Did they change the Plumbob lamp?

I remember the “Let There Be Plumbobs Award” used to have an environment rating (score?) of 5, which was enough to give a room a 2+ decorated rating. Now it doesn’t have one at all?

Oh right the environment rating is no longer there, not the lamp, misread that.
