@wormstache999, totally agree with you that they didn't do a good job of giving us a place to provide feedback on what they do not do well.
I personally find their over-reliance on Twitter vs. any other form of communication as a bad thing, so I rated them pretty low on the 1-10 scale. That was followed by a question re:what would make me rate them better, so that's where I snuck in that kind of feedback. I assume you only get that question if you don't give them a high rating though.
