To maintain the community feeling like these surveys are important and fulfilling when in reality nothing changes about the game or the marketing/community's teams strategy to divulge new content and keep us "engaged". Since November that it hasn't. The game itself should keep us engaged without the need for events and other filler fluffy "positive" stuff but ok.
I can't really say what kind of joke this is. And I'm pretty sure that I'm not going to bother filling the same survey every month to repeat myself again and again, asking for bug fixes and better personalities for the sims. These aren't even otherworldly things that guru's couldn't possibly guess the gamers want; four years into this game. Tragic. This all smoke and mirrors.
There's already an HQ for bugs how about developers start with that?
