Different localisations and names

My game is Norwegian, and the randomly generated names are all Norwegian (unless it's for City Living sims, but hey, that's diversity).
However, the premade sims in this game do not seem to have their names changed at all. Not that I know of. And I don't really mind that at all, it sure makes it easier to look specific sims up on the wiki.
My own sims have norwegian names, because the game is in norwegian, and it just feels kinda wrong when it uses obviously english names in otherwise norwegian sentences. Somewhat out of place, somehow. I prefer to use names I am actually familiar with.
I just wish the name generator had wayyy more names in the pool, instead of just about 40 names per category. Sims 3 had way more names in my language. How do I import those?
