Dim Interior Lighting (Easy Fix - NOT a glitch)

I noticed when my sims first entered the game and the house that the lighting was so dark. I was afraid there wasn't anything I could do about it. It is not a glitch. The easy fix I found (don't laugh...

I used the SIMyth account to create the challenge. It was a subaccount I rarely used. I like to keep anonymous. Guess that doesn't apply anymore. lol. Can I still hide? :p
