Dim Interior Lighting (Easy Fix - NOT a glitch)

I noticed when my sims first entered the game and the house that the lighting was so dark. I was afraid there wasn't anything I could do about it. It is not a glitch. The easy fix I found (don't laugh...

It feels to me not so much like that the lights should all go as high as each other, more like that the highest high for *some* of them should be much higher. I like being *able* to have a dimly lit room. It's like the max is now a 60W bulb - which is fine for some table lamps, say - but needs to be halogen-high.
