If your sim has their romantic partner in their group and noone else, that flirty moodlet is applied.
If it's a case I don't feel that it's right. Is just in the real life when I go with my husband to eat it's not always romantic we sometimes want to just eat, I don't care about the mood itself but I care about married couple that starts flirting with other sims and it spoils their relationship all the time. I just can't go out anymore and not spoil their relationships.
