Once the song is completed, the sheet music disappears. That's normal. You can license one song per instrument by clicking on the mailbox. If you've written multiple songs on the same instrument, the mailbox should tell you something like "you already have a song licensed for guitar." I read somewhere that after the license expires (the royalties get smaller and smaller, eventually stopping, I guess), you can license another one for that instrument.
