I kinda default with Mexican sims, but they can be more European (like my mothers family.) or the typical Mestizo (brown.) or of African decent. I do like playing around with different cultures, but I don't stress like "OMG I need more asian/arab/black sims in my game." I dont stress over the townies either. So what if there's a red headed Asain sim with a Middle-Eastern name? That guys gotta hellava background story somewhere. Just make what you want, play how you want and enjoy the game. A lot better than stressing if your is diverse enough.
