When making a new sim I roll for skin tone. I also have a matrix I use for rolling ethnically-flavored names. I've always played this way. Ethnicity doesn't seem to exist within the Sims universe, but I like when the sims I come across look different. Diversity is the spice of life, both in-game and out.
