This is my Sim Z'Anne. She is wearing a skin overlay I got off of The Sims Resource. Uh...cappuccino? I don't remember the skintone I used under the overlay.

To promote diversity I use simsinspring skintones at mod the sims. The Black Simmers melanin pack. Praline sims and Remus Sirion's skins/overlays at the sims resource. They have been in my game so long that I am unsure of links and if they would be appropriate to link here. Sometimes they aren't so pixilated. :o
I know of these creators have other downloads such as make up, clothing, and hair. To promote not so perfect smooth skin I have downloaded freckles (I love freckles! They add so much character), scars, birthmarks, beards, body hair etc. If you are on tumblr do a CC search and you find loads of different items.
