Diversity, Where Are BlueCollar (Physical Labor) and Service Careers?

As a renovator, I would love to see my job in the game. We have manual labor as a part-time job, but it's a very common full-time job in real life.

But I agree, I want less glamorous jobs for my down-to-earth families. It's hard to do that when they can only become famous actresses, become rich at the drop of a hat, or have an immaculate house because this game lacks disheveled furniture.
