Ah, on this we agree. People have be asking since 2014 for the game to quit culling the sims and generating new ones all of the time. Just leave our towns as we want them. MCCC can help with this.
For the longest time, I did not take my sims to lounges because every time I did, it would generate new elderly sims who would then die and become ghosts that I could not delete. I'm pretty sure that one was fixed awhile ago. Then going to parks would always generate a family consisting of two women and a kid. At least now you can flag sims that you don't want culled, but the townie generation is still pretty bad without mods.
Yay for more diverse sims!
Regarding all the generated sims, I end every PT by going by Household Management in order to delete the ones that the game has made.
Wish we could influence it more ourselves.
