Divert Funds
One of the rewards for the criminal career track is to "Divert Funds From Neighbors" but I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it or find anything online.

It's under phone interactions, Choose the house icon which allows for both career and household interactions then choose to divert funds from household members, people passing by or neighbours.
Thank you! I don't know it would be there as opposed to on the computer or the interaction menu, but at least I know now!
