Do Erratic Sims generally go around sans clothes??

Quite confused here. I'm not at all used to erratic Sims. My one is trying to go "Shower in the rain" and is wandering around her house without clothes! :s Even telling her to put on the laundr...

This got a sim into trouble in my game once. I only rarely play with vampires, so when one spawned, I took his hissing for the Erratic idle. Not expecting anything bad, my sim grew closer and closer to him. Long story short, she later had two adorable vampire toddlers.
