Do sims have individual TV channel preferences?

I have the impression that most sims will turn on the romantic channel when they watch tv. Some channels are hardly ever watched. In my game I have a variety of sims living very different lives. Su...

The sim I just put through university was watching the Bond movie and then I saw he had the option to declare his preference, I picked Action for him. Now his fun bar goes up massively fast every time he watches the action channel or an action movie.
