Do sims lose weight from yoga?
My sim has been gaining a few pounds and I was wondering, will they lose weight from yoga? And will the fitness skill go up from it?

Most of all, your Sims will build up muscles. Mine almost looked like bodybuilders after a few yoga sessions.
